8. Do you have weddings at Rock City? Can we get married at Rock City?

Couples are welcome to get married at Lover's Leap, although we do not make any arrangements. Only very small weddings are allowed because the flow of traffic cannot be restricted to our other visitors. Each person pays the current admission fee for entrance to the gardens. Rock City is a beautiful place to get married, in some people's opinion it doesn't really lend itself to the wedding atmosphere. That's why Rock City bought Grandview, a 4100 sq. ft. house that is perfect for any special event (rehearsal dinner, wedding or reception). Grandview is located adjacent to Rock City so it has the same amazing view without the other visitors and activities. Grandview also has a terraced croquet lawn that is perfect for wedding ceremonies. Because Grandview is an events facility, site and rental fees must be considered. For more information, visit our website at www.meetatgrandview.com or call Event Coordinator, Becky Sparks at 706-820-7920.

Due to narrow passages and steep stairs, strollers are not allowed on Rock City's Enchanted Trail, however you may want to pack one in the car for rides to and from the restaurant, fudge or gift shops. Child backpack carriers work well.
