Donation Requests

Due to the overwhelming amount of requests that we receive for donations, proposals must be completed online and will not be accepted by phone, fax, email or USPS. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is the only way to fairly distribute our funds.

Donation Item

If approved, the donation of one Rock City family pass (2 adults and 2 children) will be mailed to the recipient. Retail value of $55.80.

Donation Request Deadline Dates

Donation requests will be reviewed and processed approximately 3 weeks after each deadline, with the donation being sent via US mail to the address provided. Email confirmation is required prior to shipping.

Requirements for Donation Requests

Please read all disclaimers before filling out the donation application. Applications will not be considered if the following criteria are not met.

  • You must be over 21 years of age to request donation.
  • You must submit application six months prior to the event.
  • Only one donation given per organization each year.
  • We do not donate to individuals.
  • We do not make monetary donations.
  • We do not sponsor ads.
  • We do not donate merchandise.
